Applicants for the Internship Career Coach position at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience working with college-age students. A strong understanding of best practices in career services and the NACE career competencies is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in counseling, human relations, psychology, or human resources. Responsibilities also include staying current with labor market trends, conducting workshops and presentations, and evaluating the outcomes of internships.
