Transform Lives Through Precision at EPIC Health

At EPIC Health, interventional radiology isn't just about procedures-it's about possibilities. Every catheter placed, every vessel opened, every minimally invasive therapy delivered has the power to change the trajectory of a patient's life.

We're seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist who combines technical mastery with patient-centered compassion. You'll bring advanced expertise to a mission-driven healthcare organization that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact care for the communities we serve.

If you're ready to practice in a setting that empowers both clinical excellence and real-world impact-this is your calling.

What You'll Do

Advanced Interventional Procedures
  • Perform a full spectrum of interventional radiology services, including vascular access, embolization, biopsies, ablations, drainages, and image-guided therapies.
  • Provide minimally invasive solutions that reduce recovery times, improve outcomes, and elevate patient experience.
Diagnostic Imaging Support
  • Interpret cross-sectional imaging (CT, MRI, Ultrasound) to guide interventions and ensure accurate, timely reporting for the care team.
  • Deliver clear, consultative insights to referring physicians and collaborate on treatment planning.
Collaborative Patient Care
  • Partner with internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, women's health, and urgent care teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
  • When appropriate, consult directly with patients to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards (ACR, CMS, CLIA, HIPAA).
  • Lead and participate in quality assurance programs that advance patient safety and procedural excellence.
Innovation & Growth
  • Leverage advanced imaging and interventional technology to optimize workflows and patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of new service lines and procedural programs that expand EPIC's interventional radiology capabilities.
What You Bring

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.
  • Board Certification in Radiology (with subspecialty certification in IR preferred).
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan, or eligibility to obtain.
Experience
  • Preferred 2 years of post-fellowship interventional radiology experience (exceptional new grads will be considered).
  • Proficiency in a wide range of IR procedures, with comfort in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong procedural skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex procedures to patients and collaborate effectively with referring providers.
  • Tech-forward mindset, comfortable with PACS, RIS, and EHR systems.
  • Patient-first mentality, driven to improve outcomes and experiences through minimally invasive care.
Why Join EPIC Health?

At EPIC Health, we're not just treating patients-we're building healthier communities. You'll join a bold, integrated care model where your expertise has a measurable, lasting impact.

What We Offer
  • Compensation: $600,000 - $700,000 base salary
  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Opportunity to shape and expand a growing interventional radiology program.
  • A mission-driven, supportive team that values innovation and collaboration.
