Angel Call Handling in Andover, Hampshire is looking for Business Support Angels to join our call handling team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Position Summary:
As a Call Handler/Business Support Angel at Angel Call Handling, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls efficiently and professionally. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering Calls:
- Respond promptly to incoming calls.
- Greet customers warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Customer Assistance:
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
3. Issue Resolution:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor when needed.
4. Information Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call and customer interaction.
- Update customer information in the database as required.
5. Communication:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
6. Adherence to Protocols:
- Follow established call handling procedures and scripts.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
7. Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent service quality.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
9. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance personal performance and customer service delivery.
10. Additional Duties:
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including full days, morning or afternoons.
