Role Snapshot

You’ll own the numbers. From crafting lender-ready financial projections to coaching founders on cash-flow strategy, you’ll guide clients from idea to approval. You’ll also spot opportunities to plug them into additional QT services that speed their success.

What You’ll Do

• Use our proprietary software to Build 3- to 5-year projections (P&L, cash-flow, balance sheet) that withstand lender scrutiny.

• Translate projections into clear, persuasive sections of a business plan .

• Coach clients in budgeting, pricing, and profitability during Zoom or in-person sessions.

• Gather documents, assemble loan packages , and submit applications—tracking each milestone.

• Keep every file, CRM note (Infusionsoft/Keap), and report up to date for weekly team huddles.

• Lead or assist in virtual workshops and occasional on-site events.

What Success Looks Like

• Clients reach funding readiness within six weeks.

• 100 % of projections and loan packages are error-free and on time.

• You generate at least five qualified ancillary-service referrals each month.

• You’re prepared, engaged, and early for every client or team meeting.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years creating financial models or business-plan projections (User Friendly Proprietary Software will be provided).

• Strong consulting or coaching background—able to explain finance in plain English.

• Working knowledge of lending/underwriting standards; banking experience a plus.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Reliable remote setup; available 9 AM–6 PM ET core hours with occasional evenings/weekends. (You create your own schedule based on client availability)

• Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and guided by integrity.

Nice-to-Haves

• QuickBooks proficiency or certification.

• Enrolled Agent (EA) credential.
