Business Analyst

This position is in Lafayette, LA in a hybrid working model. Fall Application Period: Monday, August 25th, 2025 Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop expertise in your client's industry, organization, customers, and business objectives.
• Work alongside thought leaders to solve complex, high-impact challenges.
• Analyze user requirements, business processes, and organizational needs.
• Provide high-quality client support, answering questions and maintaining clear communication.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for business decisions, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Assess product usability and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems, have historically been a strong fit.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a hunger for continuous learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility and comfort working in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,700 - $75,400.
