BOXING COACHES NEEDED! COMPETITIVE BOXING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Fellow Boxing Coaches,

Is this you? Most coaches fall into one of a few, if not all, of the following categories:

• Bouncing between multiple gyms (5am here, 12pm over there, somewhere else for 6pm)
• Teaches a few classes and personal training sessions each week, but can't afford to leave their full-time job
• Currently an active or aspiring fighter whose fight career makes it difficult to have a "regular" job

It doesn't have to be this way...

Our goal is to help combat art professionals have full-time, long-term, rewarding careers doing what they love - sharing the art and science of boxing, muay thai or jiu jitsu.

This is different then anything you've experienced and we're always looking for talented coaches to join our team.

Position Summary

As a BXNG Boxing Coach you will entertain, motivate, and coach Boxing in one-on-one training(personal training) as well as our instructional class participants. As well as provide a high caliber experience in our "Power Boxing and Power Kickboxing" classes. As a Performer you will assist our members by teaching basic proper technique and combinations, all while ensuring they get a great sweat and have fun. You will also provide one-on-one coaching via personal training sessions.

BXNG allows its coaches to be creative in their class style, combinations, and exercises so long as they follow our brand's class structure.

Ultimately, our goal is to give you the space to create a fun and engaging class regardless of style or discipline.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivers entertaining, motivational, safe, educational, and professional classes.
• Be a performer and entertainer throughout the entire class
• Must be able to demonstrate proper technique on a heavy bag for members to copy.
• Meets daily class attendance goals and completes all administrative duties as required for this role
• Shows up early to make sure the class experience is the best it can be
• Is willing to stick around after class to mingle with existing members and guide prospective members back to the front desk.
• Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs, concerns, and questions
• Help members develop themselves in a fitness capacity.
• Help members develop themselves in a boxing capacity.

Position Requirements

• PART TIME TO START WITH EVENTUAL FULL TIME AS AVAILABLE
• 3+ years of competitive Boxing coach experience required(Professional fight experience will be move you to the top of the preferred list)
• Positive attitude
• Willing to work hard
• Weekends required
• Passionate about helping/coaching others
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain within the first 30 days of hire.
• NASM, NESTA, ACE, ACSM, ISSA and other respected, reputable fitness certifications (preferred, but not required)
