About the Role:

As a Bilingual Recruiter with PeopleShare, you’ll play a vital role in connecting top talent with great opportunities across multiple industries. You’ll be the face of our Lancaster branch — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining strong partnerships with our clients.

This position is fast-paced, people-focused, and perfect for someone who thrives on helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for light industrial, clerical, and professional roles.
  • Conduct talent calls, in-person and virtual interviews, pre-employment testing, and orientations (in both English and Spanish).
  • Complete all pre-employment compliance requirements, including background checks, drug testing, I-9s, W-4s, and other documentation.
  • Create and maintain accurate payroll records, job assignments, and time entry credentials.
  • Manage temporary associates while on assignment — handling check-ins, attendance, job coaching, and terminations as needed.
  • Market qualified job seekers to existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information in our ATS/CRM systems.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to clients regarding open job orders and candidate pipelines.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Visit client sites to better understand job roles, safety protocols, and company culture.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and branch initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred, especially in high-volume or light industrial staffing.
  • 3+ years in a sales, customer service, or office-based role with measurable performance goals.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word required. Experience with ATS or CRM systems a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, proactive attitude.
