Job Title

Client Success Manager, Carat Products

What does a successful Client Sucess Manager, Carat Products do at Fiserv?

You will be a responsible for the success of enabling our Carat FX products for large, global Enterprise clients.  You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful adoption and continued optimization of our FX products and portfolio.

What you will do:

• Manage the end-to-end Client Success for Carat FX Solutions, including the successful deployment of new Carat FX Solutions and ongoing merchant performance optimization following deployment.
• Work directly with clients and 3rd parties to create, manage, and deliver an integration project to activate a new Carat FX Solutions.
• During Client integration, work with Fiserv teams to support client discovery, scope definition, project tracking, boarding, and go-live.
• Provide regular management reporting on the status of integration and portfolio growth.
• Follow go-live, work with the client to ensure the activation of FX Solutions
• Coordinating, supporting, and/or delivering ongoing product trainings, client QBRs, ROIs, and other periodic interactions with the clients.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize merchant performance and drive revenue growth for the clients.

What you will need to have:

• High School graduate/GED
• 2 years of experience in Product Management or Project Manager.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a program or project environment.
• Experience working with medium to large corporations as clients.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar tools.
• Experience with SharePoint

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in the payments industry, especially merchant acquiring for large Enterprise clients.
• Prior experience with FX payment products.
• PMP certification

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
