Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law / Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development. This role requires strong analytical skills, contract negotiation expertise, and the ability to manage complex legal matters with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate transactions , including mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts , leases, and financing agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions, title reviews, and zoning regulations.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management .
• Represent clients in real estate closings, negotiations, and dispute resolution .
• Collaborate with lenders, developers, and investors on real estate financing .
• Stay updated on North Carolina real estate and corporate law developments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law and commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively .
