Associate Attorney- Commercial Litigation/ Bankruptcy/ Secured Transactions:

Mid-sized Syracuse law firm seeks motivated attorney who has experience in general commercial law and litigation with a focus on insolvency matters, including consumer and commercial collections, contract and business disputes, liquidations, workouts, reorganizations, and secured lending. This position requires excellent drafting and research skills; prior experience or familiarity with UCC, CPLR, and/ or Bankruptcy Code will be given extra consideration. The successful candidate will manage litigation files independently and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients both through in-court litigation and negotiation. This individual will build client relationships and provide excellent customer experiences for clients. This is a full-time position and compensation commensurate with experience.
