Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Positive mentality and outlook to leading the team

Communicate and uphold brand standards amongst the team

Oversee guest services and set the example of being detail-oriented and positive

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation

Train and develop the team through coaching and mentoring

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience

Must have a broad knowledge of high-volume, scratch kitchen operations

Must be self-motivated and hands-on

Ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout operations

ServeSafe Certification preferred
