\nJoin our team as an Assembler for single-use sterile endoscopes, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring precision and quality for medical devices. This hands-on role includes assembling intricate optical and mechanical components, meeting quality and productivity standards, and maintaining a cleanroom environment.

\n\n

Shift hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

\n\n

\n\t
• Assemble miniature precision medical products per prescribed standards.
\n\t
• Ensure product quality, meeting takt time and inspection requirements.
\n\t
• Use hand and power tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment.
\n\t
• Work with engineering on process improvements, training, and cross-training.
\n\t
• Maintain production records, adhere to safety protocols, and handle various solvents and adhesives.

What you need to be considered:

\n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; 1-2 years in medical product assembly preferred.
\n\t
• Experience with assembly drawings, adhesives, solvents, small tools and microscopes.
\n\t
• Ability to work in a class 8 cleanroom and meet FDA Quality and ISO standards.
\n\t
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
\n
