Our partner clinic Admire MD Plastic Surgery + Skin Clinic located in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a medical aesthetics or plastics practice, specializing in quality skin care and laser treatments, and be well-versed with a range of treatments, technologies, and medical grade products.
This is a key part-time role (3 days per week with the opportunity to become full-time) that will join our existing Skin Care/Laser Team.
Responsibilities: - Establishing comprehensive and customized skin care & laser treatment plans and protocols for patients in collaboration with the leadership and MD.
- Assessing and identifying skin type, interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments
- Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell Admire MD Skin Membership and correlating treatments. Enroll a minimum of 3 new patients per month into our membership program
- Performing treatments including HydraFacial, SkinPen Microneedle, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, etc.
- Performing laser treatments including Sciton BBL HERO, CLEAR, LHR, MOXI and HALO.
- Performing radiofrequency treatments including Morpheus8 - Face & Body.
- Advising clients on skincare and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens
- Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule
- Following the brand driven customer service training to provide a truly unique experience to every client.
- Adhering to state compliance and laser safety protocols, policies & regulations.
- Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment
- Charting and documenting patient files with before and after treatment photos.
- Meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators and sales goals.
- Completing room prep, cleaning, and maintaining equipment. Restocking room and assisting with maintaining inventory and supplies.
Qualifications: - Licensed by the AZ Radiation Regulatory Agency/AZDHS/AZ Board of Cosmetology.
- 3 or more years of experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office with a proven track record of building a book of clients
- Experience working with Sciton laser modalities including BBL HERO, CLEAR, LHR, MOXI and HALO.
- Hands-on experience in treatments including HydraFacial, micro-needling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, etc.
- Experience in performing consultations, cross-promoting of services and skincare products, and the ability to close sales
- Excellent communication skills and follow-through
