Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Product Team with detail-oriented data entry Responding to customer inquiries Assisting with product inspection and quality control Organizing computer folders, files, and documents Providing general administrative support to the office and team members Assisting with team events Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: 1 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role Experience working in an eCommerce company is a plus Related: data entry, office assistant, clerical, clerk
