We’re looking for a Title Clerk/Accounts payable representative to join our team!

$16-$20 per hour DOE

Responsibilities: 

• Post vendor invoices into accounting system
• Complete paperwork for dealer-traded new vehicles
• Report dealer transfers to GM
• Record all purchased vehicles into accounting system and update vehicle maintenance records
• Balance vendors to statements
• Contact vendors for missing invoices
• Write payable checks
• Will also be responsible for researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
• Maintain vendor files and vehicle inventory 
• Will serve as a backup to the Title Clerk
• Assist with other administrative functions

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting - preferably in a dealership
• Must be customer-focused, be a team player, and be an effective communicator
• Must have strong computer skills including Excel and a 10-key calculator 
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, basic working knowledge of automotive accounting preferred.
