This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Responsibilities Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and detail oriented mannerHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred) 1+ year of accounts payable or general accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
