Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst or Document Analyst with an accounting background to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this Accounting Analyst role, you will play a vital part in managing financial data, analyzing financial documents, and ensuring accurate reporting. Responsibilities:
• Enter financial data into QuickBooks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform credit card reconciliations and allocate expenses based on detailed analysis.
• Analyze brokerage accounts, tax returns, and financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables to manage and organize financial data.
• Prepare and complete financial templates using data extracted from QuickBooks.
• Manage client documents by scanning, organizing, and labeling them in shared office drives.
• Inventory and code client-submitted documents using Dropbox and Excel inventory sheets.
• Ensure proper categorization and storage of financial records to maintain efficient document management systems.
