• You will be the trusted expert, responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing smartphones, tablets, and various electronic devices.

$16 - $18 hourly

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
• Provide exceptional customer service by professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in cell phone technology and repair techniques.
• Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

• Preferred but not required: proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field; we are open to training the right candidate. 
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for keeping up with the latest technology. 
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. 
• Reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality execution in all tasks. 
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
