Our church... ( is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

Young Adult Summer Intern.. .is a full-time summer position where over the 10 weeks of summer, interns for Young Adults will get to be a part of nearly every facet of what Young Adults does during the summer. Young Adults Summer Interns will get a chance to learn from an experienced Pastors and serve alongside a dynamic team. There will be some relational work, some leadership opportunities, some manual labor, and everything in-between.
This position also provides opportunities for spiritual and personal growth as part of the summer internship. The summer internship runs from May 27, 2025 through August 1, 2025.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with all preparation needs for Young Adults events
• Plan and execute Young Adult summer connection opportunities
• Participate on Young Adult event and small group planning team
• Participate in fall semester planning meetings
• Help Purchase all needed materials for games, small groups, and post-service events
• Attend Young Adult team meetings and trainings
• Complete required reading and learning assignments

• High school graduate
• Strong work ethic, energetic, dependable, and reliable
• Trustworthy, humble, teachable
• Ability to interact with all kinds of people in a consistent, pleasant, loving, and helpful way
• Good time-management skills

MUST HAVES FOR  ALL STAFF AT THE CROSSING

• Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis
• Passionate about their relationship with God
• Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
• Regard the Bible as God's final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
• Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing's Statement of Faith ( including our view on Baptism (
• Live a lifestyle consistent with scriptural principles
