Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dynamic servers and bartenders to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, and we are looking for individuals who share the same passion for customer service.

Responsibilities for Servers:

Greeting customers upon arrival and seating them at their tables.
Presenting menus and taking orders from customers.
Answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and providing information about specials.
Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Checking back with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the meal.
Handling payments and making change.
Assisting with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Adhering to all health and safety standards.

Qualifications for Servers:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and wine is a plus.
