Role Overview:  We are looking for a Video Editor specializing in AI-driven educational content for cybersecurity. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and platforms to produce high-quality, engaging, and efficient content. You will translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear and compelling educational materials, combining creative storytelling with technical expertise. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, content strategy, and production management.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Content Creation : Utilize advanced AI tools to streamline the scripting, editing, and production of cybersecurity educational videos.
• Post-Production: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Content Strategy Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content goals, target audiences, and strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Scriptwriting : Use AI to create clear and concise scripts that simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for diverse audiences.
• End-to-End Production Management:  Oversee the content production lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
• Enhancing Visuals : Integrate animations, visuals, and other enhancements to maximize audience engagement and understanding.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize production workflows, improving speed and efficiency.
• Staying Informed: Monitor trends in cybersecurity and content production to keep materials relevant and innovative.
• Performance Analytics: Use analytics tools to evaluate content effectiveness and refine strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• AI and Content Expertise: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, including scripting, video editing, and workflow optimization.
• Production Skills:  Strong background in video production and editing with a portfolio showcasing high-quality educational or corporate content.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge : Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content.
• Creative Problem-Solving : Ability to craft compelling narratives while leveraging technology for efficiency.
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in video editing software, AI platforms, and analytics tools for tracking performance metrics.
• Strategic Thinking : Capability to align content production with broader business objectives and audience needs.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with experience working in dynamic environments.

Preferred:

· A background in technical education, explainer videos, and/or bite-sized content about topics in technology.

· Strengths in motion design (After Effects, Cavalry, etc).

· Production experience (videography, sound recording, lighting, etc).

Additional Details:

• Location:  NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Soho, Manhattan office.
• Hours:  Full time.
