About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology Operations to lead its in-house technology team in the development and management of cutting-edge, consumer-facing technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the core infrastructure and the coordination of all change, problem, and incident management programs. This role involves providing strategic leadership over operational processes, fostering team and leadership development, and defining the direction for hosted solutions, including traditional data centers and cloud. The VP will also lead an interdisciplinary team of engineers, manage operational governance of outsourced service providers, and ensure that technology operations processes meet business requirements and system goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 16 years of professional work experience in technology or a related field, with a strong background in infrastructure operations, direct oversight of outsourced vendors, and experience in managing global ITIL support functions. The role requires expertise in service management, ITIL processes, and the ability to align business and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and developing teams, establishing credibility with executives, and managing organizational change. Proficiency in reporting, performance monitoring, and excellent customer and partner relationship management skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ITIL certifications, and a PMP certification are preferred.
