About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, with a primary focus on managing existing agency relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's presence in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing independent agencies or producer networks, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA preferred, and fluency in Spanish and English is a must. The role also requires the ability to travel extensively across the region.
