About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Digital Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing advertising revenue through the sale of digital media to both digital-focused advertising agencies and direct clients. This role demands a proactive and aggressive approach to new business development, including the management of a sales quota, setting and achieving goals, and working closely with management and marketing to strategize on new business opportunities. The VP Digital Sales will be a key player in the company's digital space, using an established contact list and relationships to secure business, and will be expected to constantly provide value to customers by educating and consulting on marketing strategies. Applicants for the VP Digital Sales position at the company should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in digital sales, preferably with key agency contacts. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and teamwork abilities, and a background in CRM is essential. The ideal candidate will have a pipeline build-out experience, be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and hold a BS/BA degree or equivalent training and experience.
