About the Design and Research Team Job Location: Oregon, California We are willing to pick up any sports or try out new computer games together, for the purpose of “research.” We work hard and play hard – we set aside time for team-building and game times. We can see design everywhere and every day – we even had a team trip to Las Vegas for a design trend workshop. We’re scouting for team players who… Have at least 2 to 3+ years of UX Research experience. Have successfully deployed quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Have a fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation. Are self-driven but also have strong collaboration skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Extra points if you… Have a degree in one of the following majors or related fields: HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, human-centered design. Certain locations in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the base salary range and/or a general description of benefits and other compensation applicable to the role. For this role in those locations, a reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for new hires is $80,000 to $105,000. Please note that the compensation range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
