Your Role as a Business Immigration Analyst As a Business Immigration Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in preparing and filing U.S. employment-based immigration petitions and applications. Under attorney supervision, you will assist multinational clients in navigating the complex U.S. immigration landscape, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless experience for both businesses and their noncitizen employees. What You’ll Do Prepare and draft employment-based immigration petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), PERM applications, and adjustment of status filings. Support clients by responding to inquiries, assisting in meetings, and ensuring timely case management. Stay informed on evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates to maintain compliance. Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience. Ensure accuracy and quality in all case filings, using critical thinking and data insights for decision-making. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal teams, building strong relationships. Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration. Paralegal certificate or university degree (preferred).
