We’re looking for a versatile designer with strong UI/UX expertise and graphic design skills to help shape the next phase of our brand and digital journey.

🖥️ About the Role

As our Graphic & UI/UX Designer , you’ll lead the end-to-end design of customer experiences across digital and print. You’ll design intuitive interfaces in Figma , support brand consistency across visuals, and apply UX best practices —from wireframing and user flows to persona creation and usability testing. This is a hybrid part-time role (20+ hours/week) with flexibility, creativity, and room to grow into a full-time position.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

UX & UI Design

• Lead user research and develop personas, customer journeys, and task flows
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Design responsive experiences with attention to mobile-first UX
• Conduct usability audits , gather feedback, and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user goals and solve real-world pain points

Graphic Design & Content

• Design assets for web, email, packaging, signage, and social media
• Ensure consistency across all brand visuals and marketing materials
• Edit product photos, reels, and short videos for digital channels
• Support occasional product photography or video shoots in Mississauga

🧰 Technical Skills Required

• Figma – advanced UI/UX prototyping, auto-layouts, components, and design systems
• UX Tools – wireframes, journey maps, user personas, heuristic evaluation
• Adobe Creative Suite , especially:
• Photoshop – retouching, compositing
• Illustrator – icons, logos, illustrations
• InDesign – print layouts, packaging
• Lightroom – photo editing
• Premiere Pro or Final Cut – basic video editing
• Bonus: Canva, After Effects, Shopify

🧠 Ideal Candidate

• 3–5+ years of design experience, ideally across both UI/UX and visual design
• Strong portfolio with Figma-based UX/UI work and supporting visuals
• Skilled in creating delightful, accessible experiences from a user-centered perspective
• Excellent communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and present design decisions clearly
• Located in the GTA and open to occasional in-person work at our Mississauga HQ
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a growing business environment
