Treatment Coordinator

Meyer Dana Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused, energetic team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, compassionate, and motivated to guide patients through their orthodontic journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome new patients and families to the practice, creating a warm and positive first impression
  
• Review treatment recommendations from the doctor and clearly explain options, timelines, and expectations
  
• Present financial arrangements and coordinate payment plans in a professional and compassionate manner
  
• Guide patients through the scheduling and onboarding process to ensure a smooth start to treatment
  
• Build trusting relationships with patients, families, and team members through clear and caring communication
  
• Collaborate with doctors, clinical staff, and front office team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills – able to make patients feel comfortable and confident
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
  
• Experience in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting preferred (but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate)
  
• Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and financial discussions
