TRAVELING CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Philadelphia Area commercial construction general contractor actively looking for a Superintendent to oversee multi-state projects. Position requires overnight travel.
Location: Mid Atlantic Region (PA, NJ, DE, MD)
Responsibilities:
Schedule subcontractors
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Maintain and develop client relationships
Ensure complete and accurate documentation
Coordinate construction services and activities
Keep project on schedule
Ensure all installation is correct per drawings and specifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
Proficient in Windows operating systems and associated software
Experience working on smartphones and tablets
Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner
SALARY: $100-150K
