Position Details:\nDays per Week: Monday – Friday\nShift: Flexible day shift hours\nOn- Call/Weekends/Holidays: No weekends, no holidays, no on-call\nRequired Certifications & Licensure:\nASCP certification as an on-the-job trained Pathology Assistant (PA) in a hospital laboratory performing technical duties related to anatomic pathology, with documented competencies in processing simple to complex specimens\nAmerican Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nMinimum of 10 years of experience\nRequired Pathology Assistant experience (either a PA Master's degree or 5+ years of experience grossing high-complexity specimens)\nFrozen section experience preferred but not mandatory
