• Location: Morgantown, WV 26506 (West Virginia nursing jobs)\n
• Facility Type: Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center, Day Surgery Center (2 West)\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (10/24/2025 – 1/23/2026)\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2050-$2200\n
• Shifts: Night shift; schedule includes a combination of 2 eight-hour shifts and 2 twelve-hour shifts per week\n
• Call Requirement: 4 hours weekly call, 30-minute response time\n
• Schedule: Occasional weekends and holidays required\n
• Scrubs: Provided\n
• Charting System: EPIC\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license (or willingness to obtain West Virginia RN licensure)\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience (ambulatory or acute care OR preferred)\n
• Experience with surgical specialties such as ENT, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, GYN, and Urology is a plus\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting\n
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (per travel nurse submission requirements)\n

\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Circulate and/or scrub in various surgical procedures (ENT, Ortho, Ophthalmology, GYN, Urology)\n
• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to patients\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative healthcare team\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC\n
• Support quick room turnovers and manage high case volumes (average 80-120 cases/day)\n
• Participate in scheduled call shifts and respond within 30 minutes\n
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards\n
