As a NICU RN, you will need an active RN license, a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, and current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a Level III or IV NICU, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
