ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM or night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Every other holiday requirement or as needed based on unit needs
\n• Float to all inpatient units excluding Maternity/NICU
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Must pass open book exam on Friday during orientation with 90% score to continue
\n• Driver's license required at submittal
\n• Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility
\n• Cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with CommonSpirit affiliated facilities
\n• Nurse to patient ratios: 1:1-2 in ICU
\n• Required to titrate drips including vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
\n• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
\n• Work with adults and pediatric patients over 15 years old
\n• Handle various diagnoses including neuro surgery, respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and renal failure
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination
\n• Two shifts of unit-specific orientation provided
\n• Work in EPIC charting system
\n• Fast-paced environment with volume fluctuations

The facility provides comprehensive critical care services including advanced cardiac support, neurosurgical interventions, and specialized equipment for complex patient care.
