The Strategic Recruiter will recruit qualified healthcare professionals for specific vendor partner relationships. This opportunity requires the selected candidate to be available to assist their RN professionals, as outlined below, during a wide range of hours and days. With that stated, this position comes with the expectation of working from within our Omaha Nebraska corporate office. Work within the office will be a Monday through Friday expectation, with some flexibility of when those work hours occur, but most of those work hours will need to be within typical business hours.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple and qualified candidates available.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule and overall expectations.
  • Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process - which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment, and retention.
  • Support the internal Atlas departments through the employment/assignment process as needed.
  • Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Contribute to the Atlas brand by being a positive and respectful professional to your internal and external customers.
  • Always be an Atlas ambassador and advocate.

For those new to this industry, total base plus bonus averages could be up to $60,000 in your first year.
