Ilusso is looking for a Title/DMV Clerk to manage incoming titles, transferable registrations and sales documents from across the nation. Job Summary
Ensure that titles, transferable registrations and sales documents are received, recorded, filed and completed in accordance to CA DMV's and US Customs' standards. Provide support and encouragement to sellers, answering questions by phone and emails. Support internal departments and processing purchase documents.
Qualifications
-Accounting experience (payables/receivables)
-Knowledge of DMV forms, paperwork, regulations, and titles.
-Knowledge of processing out of state DMV
-Experience with Reg USA and Dealertrack
-Experience processing titles with Manheim auctions
-Monitors deal activity to ensure that sales are being recorded.
-Effectively and Efficiently Coordinates Components of Various Sales Transactions
