Summary
The Title Examiner reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports and help identify the person(s) that should be served to collect delinquent property taxes. The title examiners will obtain title examination materials, review the document information, and create run sheets. The title examiner will also be responsible for providing information regarding the property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of the property assessed under a delinquent tax account.
