Position: Title Clerk

Compensation: Starting at $17/hr depending on experience 

Location: Topeka, Kansas

Responsibilities:

- Process vehicle titles accurately and timely

- Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles

- Verify and maintain accurate records of vehicles

- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding title-related matters

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Stock in vehicles that are purchased

-Aid management in paperwork for vehicles purchases

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in title processing preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Data Management Systems is a plus

- A can-do attitude
