Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Call Center Agent who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team for a short-term remote project. In this role, you will handle inbound customer service calls and outbound sales calls to support customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior call center experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently.

Conduct outbound sales calls and provide product/service information to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as needed.

Meet individual, team, and department performance goals.

Maintain a professional attitude and adhere to company policies.

Protect customer and company confidentiality at all times.

Attend paid training sessions before the project begins.

Training Schedule (Paid)

December 2, 2024: Welcome Training (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST)

December 3 - December 6, 2024: USC Training (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST)

What You'll Need

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Non-bilingual candidates may be considered).

High School Diploma/GED required.

Minimum 2 years of call center experience required.

Outbound call experience required.

Up to 5 years of customer service experience preferred.

Lead generation experience is a plus.

Strong verbal skills and ability to handle a high volume of short outbound calls.

Accurate typing and data entry skills.

Proficiency with Windows-based software and internet browsing.

A reliable and consistent work ethic.

Work-from-Home Requirements

A laptop or desktop computer (No tablets, Chromebooks, or iPads).

Operating System: MS Windows 7, 8.1, or 10.

Wired mouse and phone (landline preferred).

High-speed internet (60 Mbps or higher).

A quiet, distraction-free work environment.

Must be available to start on December 2, 2024.

Additional Details

This is a temporary remote position running from December 2, 2024, to January 3, 2025.

Work hours are 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST.

Off on Christmas and New Year's Day (no holiday pay provided for these days).

Training is paid.
