Sales Engineer

Complete Technology Services is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team!

Complete Technology Services (CTS) is a managed service provider supporting the technology needs of businesses.

The Sales Engineer position will play a fundamental role in achieving Complete Technology’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We are looking for a seasoned person with a strong track record of selling technology solutions to executives. They will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation and managing the companies and clients expectations.

Position Overview

• Support sales executives and account managers with technology solutions
• Prepare and execute strategic solutions in a complex sales cycle
• Apply technology to help solve each clients unique business challenge
• Assist in creating and delivering presentations that clearing communicate our value proposition
• Collaborate with technical teammates and vendors to properly scope each solution
• Coordinate with teammates to make sure solutions are delivered on time and on budget

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales engineer
• Proven track record selling IT solutions
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand format
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with cloud, networking, office 365, security and backup.
• Ability to analyze a client’s environment and align a strategic plan based on their business goals
• Strong interpersonal skills

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
