We’re looking for an enthusiastic Team Member who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming shopping experience. This part-time role requires evening and weekend availability.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding and friendly service to neighbors.
• Build connections with neighbors and their pets, making their shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising to ensure the store is organized and products are easy to find.
• Process neighbors’ purchases with accuracy and efficiency at the register.
• Care for in-store pets by cleaning habitats, feeding, and handling animals with care and attention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for pets and an interest in pet care and nutrition.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to build relationships with neighbors and their pets through excellent service and communication.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable caring for and handling small animals, fish, and reptiles. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Availability: Able to work 2–3 evening shifts (4 PM - 9 PM) and one weekend shift (varying hours).
• Professionalism: Must be 16 years or older, pass a background check, and complete a drug screening.
