Experience in both agency and internal environments. Experience recruiting for Sales positions and the ability to transition to Tech, Engineering, Product, etc. in the near future. Experience working with ATS and HRIS software. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify strong talent. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to work autonomously.
