  • Location: Miami, FL (Brickell, Wynwood, Edgewater, Downtown, or nearby)
  • Compensation: $130,000–$256,000+ (This is Commission Only High Ticket Tech Sales you must be already financially stable to be considered). All Sales Expenses Paid.

The Role

As a Strategic Growth Lead , your core focus is building real relationships with decision-makers in Miami’s tech scene. You’ll be a face of our business here in Miami. Your job is to set meetings with tech leaders — founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering — and build relationships that lead to partnerships. You must be making cold calls to set meetings but this is not just about calls. This is about building real relationships through lunches, dinners, happy hours, events, office visits , and being active in the startup scene.

You’ll be doing outside sales in a strategic way. You’ll be networking, wining and dining, and showing up for the Miami tech community. If you’re confident, sharp, and good with people — this is your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and attend lunches, dinners, and meetings with tech leaders
  • Go to offices , happy hours , and local tech events across South Florida
  • Host clients at sporting events — Heat, Dolphins, Marlins, etc.
  • Travel to places like Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and India once you’re successful to meet engineers on our international team
  • Build trust, set meetings, and close deals — no fluff, just real relationship sales

This is a high-ticket, commission-only sales role designed for individuals who want to earn top-tier long-term income through performance and relationships.

  • No base salary is offered – this role is 100% performance-based
  • Financial stability is required to be considered
  • $40,000+ in annual bonus potential
  • Uncapped earning potential – your income grows with your success

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales or growth experience
  • Must live in Brickell, Wynwood, Downtown, Edgewater or close by
  • Must be financially stable and ready to work in commission-only structure
  • Must be personable, confident, sharp, intelligent, and reliable
  • Must be comfortable talking to execs in person and on the phone — no timid energy
  • Must enjoy being out and about — this is a social role
  • Must be full-time committed — no side jobs or part-time gigs
  • This is a 2-year contract-to-hire
