Job Description
Great Work Employment Services is currently hiring for a Staffing Recruiter in our Streetsboro Office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have an eagerness to learn, and great customer service skills.
The schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm with occasional after hour events.
Job duties:
· Schedule appointments for new applicants/setting up to apply online
· Complete Interviews, drug testing, and background checks
· Data Entry- Computer Knowledge-Training for software
· Matching skill levels to client job duties for job offers
· Skill marketing
· Making calls to potential candidates/applicants -Extensive outgoing phone work
· Completing I-9 verifications within the Law
· Creating job postings for job boards
The ability to be able to understand our company values, make decisions, work independently and/or with a team, and handle tasks based on daily priorities.
