This role will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, this role will be responsible for documenting processes and procedures to ensure that they are repeatable, scalable, and aligned to SAMC line of business objectives and vision, while also maintaining the Technology Operation Office Standards. This role is a critical member of the Technology Operations team and contributes to the growth and maturity of SAMC. This role has a strong emphasis on supporting strategic enhancements, continuous improvement and efficient operations. This will require strong strategic planning and execution skills in both the design of a program roadmap, processes and standards as well as influencing the adoption and buy-in across the business unit and delivery of business value. Essential Job Functions: + Processes and Procedures: Identify areas for process improvement. Develop and maintain business processes and procedures. Maintain the documentation in SharePoint and provide guidance to teams to ensure adherence to these procedures. + Change Management: Identify and track program changes and communicate to stakeholders how the changes affect the overall program in terms of scope, budget and timeline. + Communication, Coordination and Reporting: Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders and team members. Provide regular status updates, develop reports, and facilitate program and project meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
