Solar X is the leading Solar Installation company in New Jersey servicing residential & commercial solar systems. This opportunity is located in New Jersey. Solar X is a leading renewable energy company dedicated to providing sustainable and innovative solar solutions. We are committed to making a positive impact on the environment by promoting clean energy and reducing carbon emissions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Operation and Maintenance Technician to join our team. Direct report to the field operations management and unlimited opportunities for growth!

Qualifications:

• Solar Solar Installer & Maintenance Technician(s) - Experience 1+ years required
• Solar System Installations
• Troubleshoot/Diagnose solar-related issues
• Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as 32' ladders, solar panels, inverters, hand tools
• Locate production & communication issues
• Must be comfortable working outside
• Must be comfortable working on rooftops

• Identify materials and quantities needed for projects
• Solar Service experience a plus
• Solar Installation Required (1-2 years minimum)
• Company vehicle will be provided**
• BONUS based on performance**
• New Jersey residents only*
• A valid Driver's License required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of solar installation experience preferred
• 1-3 years of electrical troubleshooting preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs
• Comfortable working on roofs & ladders
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Valid Drivers license in good standing
• Reliable transportation** (must be able to drive to Solar X Headquarters)

• New Jersey residents only

Experience:

· Solar experience preferred

· Service Technician: (bonus)

· Licensed Electrician: (bonus)

· NABCEP (bonus)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

• Multiple locations in New Jersey
• On the road
