Social Science Research Professional 2 School of Medicine, Stanford, California, United States. The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology within the Department of Medicine is seeking a Social Science Research Professional 2 to support research and develop policies requiring continuous exercising of independent initiative and judgment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving workplace equity with an interest in implicit bias, discrimination, microaggressions, civility, and sexual harassment. They will join the Salles Lab, which focuses on ways to make workplaces more inclusive for all people, especially those who have been historically marginalized. The research in the lab explores challenges including gender bias, sexual harassment, access to abortion, fertility and family planning, and obesity bias. This role involves human subjects research driven largely by surveys. The person hired will provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
The expected pay range for this position is $85,376 to $99,581 per annum.
