We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to amplify our brands' presence and engagement across digital platforms.

Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate the digital footprint of Sunda Nashville as well as supporting the CEO/Founders personal social media platforms. This hybrid role requires a blend of in-venue content creation and remote work, enabling you to craft compelling stories and manage our online communities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms, showcasing our venues, events, and offerings.
  • Content Calendars: Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts across all social media channels.
  • Publishing: Publish engaging posts, stories, and updates that resonate with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns via social media, providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to enhance visibility and drive engagement.
  • Brand Partnerships: Manage and nurture relationships with brand partners to create mutually beneficial content and promotions.
  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software/apps (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with key social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong portfolio of content creation, including photo and video.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with Nashville's social scene and cultural landscape is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
  • SEO and knowledge of social media algorithms.
  • Experience with A/B testing for content.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative collaboration with marketing, design, and PR teams.
  • Trend awareness to stay updated with the latest social media trends and industry changes.
  • Crisis management experience or skills in handling social media crises and negative PR situations.
Requirements:
  • Nashville-based with the ability to work on-site at venues for content creation and meetings.
  • Flexibility to work remotely as needed.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Preferred, but not required, experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
Salary: $65,000 (DOE)
