Job Title: Social Marketing Developer and E-commerce Growth
Department: Marketing
Location: San Diego, CA (on-site)
Reports to: CFO
FLSA Status: Exempt
Working hours: 8am to 6pm
Language: English and bilingual in Spanish required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
Campaign support and execution
Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving online sales and traffic growth, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Creating and managing influencer campaigns to promote our product
Social media management to lead content, drive qualified web traffic and capture new audiences
Market research and analysis trends, to inform content and advertising strategies
Blend creative marketing strategies with e-commerce optimization to attract and expand sales
Brand management support
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment while managing multiple priorities
Administrative support
Collaboration
Qualifications

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the food industry marketing is a plus.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
