We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Safety Manager to act as an Owner's Representative at our biomanufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing the construction of new buildings and the relocation of GMP laboratories. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices, working closely with the safety managers from each trade throughout the project.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
Knowledge of GMP requirements and safety protocols.
Oversee safety measures during construction and laboratory relocation projects.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with all OSHA and GMP safety standards.
Collaborate with trade safety managers and contractors to maintain a safe work environment.
Act as a liaison between owners, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Certification in OSHA or other relevant safety programs preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
