NSC Technologies is currently seeking (15) Structural Welders for (Day and 2nd shift)  that are local for an exciting project in sunny Jacksonville!

Key Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for accomplishing, with minimal supervision, production welding on a ship or in a shop to support structural repairs and modernization of marine vessels including US Naval Vessels, Military Sealift Command, and commercial ships.
• 4+ years of Structural Welding experience.
• Must understand SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW.
• Must be able to certify in all positions:
• SMAW Full Penetration weld with permanent backing (ceramic and metal)
• FCAW Full Penetration weld with permanent backing (ceramic and metal)
• GMAW Full Penetration weld with permanent backing (ceramic and metal)

Compensation:
Local Rate: $27/hr

Work Environment:
You will work in shipyards, aboard vessels, or industrial settings, performing pipefitting tasks on complex marine systems. The role demands precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
